From November 12 to 14, the interpretation training courses of "measures for accountability of survey and design errors of water conservancy projects" and "mandatory provisions of water conservancy construction standards" (2020) version) sponsored by the General Institute of water resources and hydropower planning and design of the Ministry of water resources and undertaken by our company were successfully held in Lanzhou. The seven invited teachers systematically interpreted the "accountability method for errors in water conservancy engineering survey and design" and "key quality control points and control methods in the process of survey and design" from the aspects of preparation description, implementation problems and case analysis , hydraulic engineering, construction, survey, mechanical and electrical engineering, environment, water conservation, immigration and other different majors, this paper expounds the compilation instructions of "compulsory provisions of water conservancy engineering construction standards" (2020 Edition), as the reasons for the mandatory provisions, the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the provisions, and the analysis of relevant cases. The teaching content has strong guidance and operability.
Through this training, the majority of technical personnel of the company deeply and carefully understand the fault accountability method and mandatory provisions, comprehensively and systematically understand the supervision and inspection of the mandatory provisions. The trainees agreed that this is a high-quality publicity and implementation training meeting, and said that they would improve their understanding in the actual design work, enhance the sense of responsibility for survey and design, and ensure the quality of engineering survey and design.
